General Information
All orders are carefully reviewed and will be manufactured by our skilled team accordingly. Production begins only after we receive your order and confirm the size with you. Once we send you a size confirmation email and receive your approval, we will proceed with manufacturing based on the details you’ve provided.
We do not keep any items in stock. Every product is made to order and stitching begins after we receive the order and confirm the details. Standard manufacturing typically takes 4 to 5 business days.
Note: If the item includes embroidery or has a complex design, additional time may be required for production. This extra time will be added to the standard jacket manufacturing timeframe.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the date of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note, we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
The date of delivery may vary depending on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the nature of the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
