Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Jacket Seller. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your item for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All return requests must be initiated within 20 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase must be included

Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling may not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 20-day window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items with missing tags, labels, or packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Once approved, ship the item to the return address below. Please include your:

  • Full name
  • Reason for return

5. Return Method and Fees

All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The incorrect item was delivered

We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email once your refund has been completed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

9. Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
