All orders are carefully reviewed and manufactured by our skilled team accordingly. Production begins only after we receive your order and confirm the size with you. Once we send you a size confirmation email and receive your approval, we will proceed with manufacturing based on the details you’ve provided.
We do not keep any items in stock. Every product is made to order and stitching begins after we receive the order and confirm the details. Standard manufacturing typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Note: If the item includes embroidery or has a complex design, additional time may be required for production. This extra time will be added to the standard manufacturing timeframe.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the date of order. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
The date of delivery may vary depending on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the nature of the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Refund Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must be initiated within 20 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges within the same 20-day window. Products must be in new condition. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
Return Method & Fees
All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.
