All orders are carefully reviewed by our team prior to manufacturing. We operate on a made-to-order basis, meaning:
- We do not keep products in stock
- Production begins only after your order is confirmed
- We may contact you to verify size, customization details, or measurements
Standard manufacturing time typically takes 2–5 business days.
For complex designs (such as embroidery or custom patterns), additional production time may apply. If needed, we will notify you prior to dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
2. Order Confirmation and Adjustments
Before production begins, you may receive a size confirmation request via email. Once you approve:
- Manufacturing begins
- Changes cannot be guaranteed
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at contact@thejacketsseller.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders are shipped using Express Delivery services. Typical shipping times are:
2–4 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier volume
- Local customs clearance
- Destination location
- Weather conditions
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time: 2–5 business days
Shipping Time: 2–4 business days
Estimated total delivery window: 4–9 business days
Please note that the delivery window begins once your order is accepted and processed. During peak seasons, additional delays may occur.
5. Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide delivery. No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping availability may vary depending on regional regulations.
6. Shipping Costs
We offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of quantity or location.
Customs, duties, or import tax may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. Shipping fees are not affected by multiple shipments.
8. Delivery Instructions
Special delivery instructions may be added during checkout. We will include them on your shipping label when possible. Carrier compliance may vary.
9. APO, DPO & PO Box Addresses
We are currently unable to ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO
- DPO
- FPO military addresses
A residential or commercial address is required.
10. Courier Services
To provide fast and reliable delivery, we use reputable express couriers such as:

- FedEx
We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier depending on destination and carrier performance.
11. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to inspection by local customs authorities. Any charges applied are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for:

- Duties, taxes, or import fees
12. Delayed Deliveries
While rare, deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather events
- Customs holds
- Peak holiday volumes
We are not liable for extended delays once the package has been handed to the courier.
13. Damaged Packages in Transit
If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery:
- Inspect the contents immediately
- Photograph the packaging and product

14. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly and notify us for assistance.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
16. Incorrect Address Submission
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
